This was an interesting project. We received a call that a house needed to be cleaned out. Problem was that it wasn't really an entire house. It had 4 walls but no ROOF. And a HUGE pile of debris in the backyard. This Maplewood, NJ job took us about a week and 4 large dumpsters but we got it done for a client. Since then, this investor has been a regular client.

Montclair Basement Demo
We prepped this Montclair basement for finishing. The basement had a concrete wine press that was to be removed. That thing was SOLID. But we got it out. We also removed all of the plaster ceilings and wall to prep for a new design intended for everyday living.
